Economic Impact of Small-Medium Enterprise through Bid Capability Growth

Join us to learn more about how all Governments of Australia have a stated a desire to gain Economic Impact by awarding more Public Procurement Contracts to Small-Medium Enterprise (SME).  While there is increasing clarity in the literature of the microeconomic mechanisms through which SME achieve these macroeconomic outcomes, there is concern over the effectiveness of SME Procurement Policy implementation to generate the desired benefits.  Some of these issues are with the Buying organisations issuing the Policies, others are with the government support provided to improve SME Capabilities to tender and win contracts.
