This role combines strategic coordination, project management and high-quality communication delivery in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the planning and delivery of bids, tenders, EOIs and capability submissions
Coordinating pursuit workflows, timelines and submission processes nationally
Working with Directors and project teams to develop compelling submission strategies and win themes
Managing compliance, quality assurance and submission coordination across multiple concurrent pursuits
Leading and mentoring the Submissions Coordinator
Overseeing bid templates, content libraries, tender systems and submission tools
Collaborating with the National Marketing Manager to ensure submissions align with CPA’s brand and market positioning
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across submissions, systems and workflows
Contributing to business development initiatives and strategic pursuits across the practice
About You
You are a proactive and detail-oriented submissions professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and enjoys coordinating complex pursuits across multiple teams.
You will bring:
5+ years’ experience in bids, submissions, business development or marketing within professional services, architecture, engineering or the built environment
Demonstrated experience managing complex bids and tenders end-to-end
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination capability
Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
Strong visual and document presentation skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines with confidence
A collaborative and solutions-focused approach
Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, PandaDoc, CRM systems and workflow platforms such as Monday.com will be highly regarded.

We currently have an opportunity available for a Bids & Pursuits Senior Executive to join us in either Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne on a full time, permanent basis.
Joining as the Bids & Pursuits Senior Executive you'll be responsible for providing support to our Bids & Pursuits Managers in delivering complex and strategic panel and project bids throughout the process from pursuits to presentations. As you grow, you'll also lead the pursuit process and provide support to partners on medium complexity opportunities. This role forms part of our Global Bids & Pursuits team and works collaboratively with the wider Clients, Markets & Growth function.

We are seeking a motivated Bid Coordinator to join our Fuels & Energy Pre‑Contracts team based in Brisbane.
This role plays a critical coordination and administrative function within the bid team, supporting Bid Managers and technical contributors to deliver high‑quality, compliant tender submissions.
You will be responsible for managing bid administration, coordinating meetings and reviews, maintaining document control, and ensuring bid material is accurately formatted, stored and submitted in line with governance and client requirements.
Success in this role comes from being highly organised, comfortable working across multiple systems, and bringing a positive, team‑focused attitude in a fast‑paced environment.

You will be an integral part of the team supporting the development of best practice bids in collaboration with the wider Clients, Markets and Growth (CMG) team, partners, clients, and other stakeholders.
Working directly with partners and key stakeholders across practice, industry and business services you will lead the end-to-end development of high quality, distinctive and compelling client-centred bids and pursuits. This role will work closely with our strategic focus industries and practices, reporting to the Regional Head of Pursuits.
Additionally, you will support with Pursuits Operations, Resourcing, and Reporting, which includes responsibilities such as overseeing resourcing across the Pursuits team, maintaining oversight of competing deadlines, and maintaining accurate and timely pursuit reporting and data, ensuring all pursuits are appropriately tracked.
