Mentorship program
About the program
The APMP ANZ Mentorship Program creates meaningful connections between people across the bid and proposal profession, bringing together those willing to share their experience and knowledge with those eager to learn from it. It isn't about having all the answers. It's about asking better questions, building confidence, gaining perspective and helping one another see opportunities that might otherwise be missed. Strong mentoring builds stronger professionals and a stronger APMP community.
Each mentoring cohort runs for three months.
We welcome applications from:
Mentees, at any experience level, looking for guidance, perspective and support as they develop their capabilities and careers.
Mentors, with experience across the bid and proposal profession and knowledge they'd like to share.
Mentors and mentees will be thoughtfully matched based on experience, interests and development goals.
